Introduction

The 4^th Physical Therapy Conference under the theme “Physical Therapy .. Sustainable Prevention” is a dedicated platform for all physical therapists & occupational therapists working as a clinicians, managers, researchers, students or educators to share their knowledge and experiences in the field of physical therapy and occupational therapy and to network with colleagues from around the world and interact with international leaders in their field.

By providing access to ongoing education and networking opportunities, the Conference hopes to strengthen the profession advancing practice for the benefit of populations and the individual patients we serve and promote knowledge sharing and education in a conducive environment.

It is my immense pleasure to announce the 4th International Physical Therapy Conference from 07-09 December 2025 at the Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait.

Physiotherapy profession in Kuwait is awesomely developing along with its global standards due to the forward vision and hard works of all previous directors, head of departments and physiotherapists by their participation and implementation of continuing professional development.

Strategic planning by Administration of Physical Therapy Services (APTS) to identify areas of future development with total quality Physiotherapy & Occupational therapy from a research and practice perspective aims to establish and adopt best practice standards in Kuwait.

Physical therapy (PT) promotes sustainable prevention by using non-pharmacological, low-carbon interventions like exercise and patient empowerment to reduce disease, minimize healthcare costs, and decrease reliance on drugs with negative side effects.

Aiming to multidimensional innovation of the profession under the theme “Physical Therapy – Sustainable Prevention” the 4th Physical Therapy Conference is planned to share latest research and development in the field of physical therapy.
